A good photo must bubble with life, and that is what I strive to achieve with each click of my camera.

I had always admired artists who could through painting, sketching, sculpting or photography capture not just what happened but how something felt in a particular moment in time. Some of my fondest childhood memories involved developing film in a bathroom converted into a makeshift dark room with my grandfather in Ukraine, so photography has always held special place in my heart. As an adult I decided to peruse my passion wholeheartedly!
Years later, I am still very much in love with photography.
I am comfortable suggesting poses and directing photo shoots, but strive to take photographs that are naturally beautiful rather than contrived. I believe that a good photo is more than the sum of its parts. Anyone with a good camera phone can take a technically sound image, but a good photo must capture the personality of the subject and his or her unfiltered reaction to the moment. A good photo must bubble with life, and that is what I strive to achieve with each click of my camera.
